A Letter from Our Executive Director
For 40 years, your generosity has helped make incredible things possible for young people at Hope Ignites Northeastern Ohio.
Because of your belief in Hope Ignites’ Scholars and their potential, young people have been given opportunities to dream bigger, discover what’s possible, and build the futures they envision for themselves.
What began in 1986 with just five Scholars, has grown into a community that has impacted more than 500 young people. While we are proud of how far we’ve come, our greatest impact is still ahead of us.
At the heart of Hope Ignites, our mission has never been just about the numbers. It has always been about one. One Scholar. One young person who needs someone to believe in them, invest in their potential, and champion their future.
Today, we continue that commitment by walking alongside Scholars from sixth grade through Post-Secondary education and career launch. Through academic support, leadership development, career exploration, and life-changing experiences, we provide relationships and opportunities that help young people turn their potential into possibility.
As we look toward the next 40 years, there are still so many young people who need someone in their corner. Your gift today will help ensure that the next generation of Scholars have the same opportunity to dream bigger, realize their potential, and build a brighter future.
Together, we can build on the foundation of the past 40 years and ignite brighter futures for generations to come.
